About Veilpay
Payments shouldn't be a public record
Every time a payment moves across a public blockchain, it can leave behind a permanent, searchable trail: who paid whom, how much, and when. That's a strange default for something as personal as money. Veilpay exists to change it: we believe financial privacy should be a normal, accessible part of using digital assets, not a specialized workaround reserved for experts.
What we do
Veilpay is a non-custodial multi-chain payments application. "Non-custodial" means exactly what it sounds like: your private keys and funds stay with you, not with us. We don't hold your assets, and we can't move them on your behalf.
On top of that foundation, Veilpay unifies several things that usually live in separate apps:
- Multi-chain support, spanning both transparent networks (including EVM chains and Solana) and privacy-native networks, all accessible through a single interface.
- A tiered privacy model, so you can choose the level of privacy that fits each payment: from lightweight stealth addressing, to zero-knowledge-wrapped transfers on otherwise transparent chains, to fully native privacy assets like Monero, Zcash, Midnight, and Stellar's private payment flows.
- Embedded fiat access, through our on-ramp and off-ramp partner Transak, so moving between local currency and crypto doesn't require juggling a separate exchange account.
Rather than asking you to understand the technical differences between a ring signature, a shielded pool, or a stealth address, Veilpay lets you pick a privacy level and a destination. We handle the routing underneath.
Why privacy matters
Financial privacy isn't a new idea. It's the default most people have always expected from cash. A public, permanent ledger of every purchase creates real risks: profiling, price discrimination, targeted fraud, and exposure if any single data source is ever breached or misused. As payments move onto blockchains, we think that baseline expectation of privacy should move with them, not disappear.
At the same time, privacy is not the same as anonymity from accountability. Veilpay is built to operate within applicable law, and our fiat on/off-ramp partner applies its own identity verification and compliance checks where required. Our goal is to protect ordinary financial privacy, not to help anyone evade legitimate legal obligations.
Who Veilpay is for
We built Veilpay for everyday users and merchants who want a payments experience that feels as simple as any mainstream app, without giving up control of their funds or a say in how visible their financial activity is. As new chains and privacy technologies emerge, Veilpay is designed to add them without disrupting the experience you already know.
